college has state of the art infrastructure all the equipment in laboratories are always in good condition, all classrooms are clean, in good condition and are acoustically designed.College have a sports committee through which students participate into various championships campus has a stadium, swimming pool, gym and 4 other play grounds. campus is very clean and has 3 cafes for students.
Academics
Teaching quality is quite nice.College conducts various workshops which make you industry ready and as from this academic year college will be autonomous they will not need to follow curriculum designed by Mumbai industry.

Placement record of the college is really great more than half of the students from the institute get jobs from campus placements with average package of 4 lakhs per year. Highest package last year was 7 lakhs for technical entry and about 12 lakhs for marketing .

Campus life here is the best. Student can involve in various extra curricular activities which helps in their overall development.Crowd here is great, teachers and staff is very supportive. Locationof the college is great as it is on Sion-panvel highway and is at walking distance from juinagar station.

College Infrastructure is pretty old. But at the same time the buildings are well planned and well located. We have all the necessary equipments needed for an engineering graduate to excel in the field of science and technology. Classrooms are basic with some classrooms having modern technology. WiFi was available for free before but now we can access to high speed free internet through LAN at the central Library. Living spaces are pretty clean and the food is simple and hygienic

I m studying B.tech in chemical engineering at IGIT SARANG (2017-2021). The teachers are helpful and highly qualified and help the students in academics and future studies. Although the curriculum is updated but still some changes are required to make it more feasible. The syllabus is well set to help us to be prepared for jobs and T&P cell helps us in bagging some good Internships and interviews for jobs are highly reputed companies.
Placements
Placements were average 2-3 years back. But now their is very good opportunities for students to get jobs with many reputed companies due to the hardwork of the T&P cell. 85% of the students are getting placed and many opting for post graduation also. The average salary offered is between 3-4 LPA which is pretty decent for a college located in a rural area but at the same time the college is pretty vintage and has alumnis at various companies.
Campus Life
College campus is pretty neat and basic with students having coordination among them. Seniors are little strict at the beginning which is understandable as it is beneficial for us to be disciplined and in later times they are very helpful. IGIT has earned name for its fests which is witnessed by a huge crowd and student from other colleges join to witness the extravaganza HORIZON. although the location is rural, the college has earned a name for itself in the field

According to me college infrastructure is not good as equipment of every lab is not updated. Sports ground is not seperate for every sport. There is only one sport group. Gym of the college doesn't have proper equipment.

I am studing in 3rd year at Information Technology department. Quality of teaching of teacher are overall average. Curriculum is not updated because as teacher are also not updated from new technology.

Placement of this college is not good at all. As because in our college there is no mnc company came for placement. Only marketing company comes with the avg pakage of 4.5lakh.Almost 70% got placed but in marketing not software company.

Campus life is good, there is a temple in campus which can make you fell relaxed in any conditions. All teacher, staff member are supportive in nature

The college infrastructure is average. Marian college recently had more than 2 buildings and as it had started with one building the first one is below average infrastructure. But the recently built one had excellent infrastructure. And my college had a beautiful library with about 4000 books included and great facilities. All classrooms are provided with smart boards, wifi etc. And also had sport centres, laboratories etc. Well hygienic compound and best ever hostel facilities.

I had taken the BCom tax and fin.because Bcom is the best stream among the commerce branch. And also have lots of opportunities to start up a better career. The quality of teaching is good and have excellent teachers with great support. Marian is an autonomous college being updated all along. My stream had been updated with recent developments and changes occurs in BCom.

As compared to the other colleges its very common that Marian had best placements ever. Large varieties of companies had visited our college and starts recruitment. International IT companies are also come with large offers to select students from our college. About 1L and more is the average salaries offered by them. HCL, wipro, etc are the some of the companies. Our college is very supportive in case of this placements. Every mentors were trying their best to keep their students in the best.

Actually the best part of Kuttikanam is the mist around there. And it’s located on a high range areas with full of hills and mist . The climate itself is the best part of the campus life. Kuttikanam is also a best tourism spot and has many tourists spot nearby campus which makes the campus life colourful. The placement scenario in Hbtu is good. It's outstanding in branches like CSE and chemical engineering. Paint, plastic, oil and information technology have also very good placement. Overall we can say that placement in hbtu is quite good.

I am pursuing B.Com (Hons) due to my interest in commerce. The teachers are highly experienced and qualified. But, I must confess that the curriculum followed should be updated, as the commerce students are still taught age old concepts. The course structure definitely doesn't make one job ready! Likewise, even other courses should be made compatible with the current updations in the corporate sector. There's no attendance issues and teachers make the internal processes smooth.

The recruitment process is held in a professional manner. There is a placement cell which looks after the companies visiting the campus and is responsible for guiding the students, therefore making the college supportive in this respect. The average package is low, ranging from 4 to 5 lacs p/a, but big market players offer competitive job offers to the students.
