College Infrastructure
As a new College, the infrastructure is well equipped with every Hi-tech facilities.The labs are also complete and are of good standards and the infrastructure is really well maintained and the campus is very green and beautiful.
Academics
I studied Diploma and B.tech from the Institute. The faculty has young faculties and somewhere the experience lacked but Experienced faculties joined the college and the level of Teaching is also going up and developing day by day.
Placements
The placement scene of the College was not that great till 2018.Though i was placed in an MNC with decent salary and most of the Friends and Batch-mates are well settled in Jobs or Higher Studies now.The college Placement cell was always helpful and tried to guide and empower us in every way possible.
Campus Life
The campus life was excellent. Though it lacked many facilities as it was still under construction, the campus is very productive and as well as creative.

College Infrastructure
I'd like to begin by stating that the college has really poor infrastructure. Being an old establishment, it seems fair that not much renovating can be done. The college is really at a point where renovation would mean tearing down the whole college and then building a new one. Toilets are a mess at times due to waterlogged drains. Food can be considered as edible, labs can become extremely hot in summers. However, the good news is that the classrooms in the main block have AC's.
Academics
The four star rating in my opinion is because of the lack of courses available in the college. The college does not provide courses in political science, biology and sociology and many more. However, a few courses namely- English, Economics, History and Philosophy have one of the best faculty members. The college's vision is to improve the performance of these four departments in the coming years and it is probably the right place to take up these courses.
Placements
The college has a society known as the CPC (Campus Placement Cell) which is responsible for each and every placements. Everyone is given an opportunity so it all comes down to well you are able to advertise yourself. Average salary starts at around 15000 per month. McKinsey, DE Shaw are potential recruiters, also in the year 2017 a guy from Economics scored a 40 lpa placement. Cheers!
Campus Life
The college has a lot of societies . You can be sometimes overwhelmed by the amount of activities going on everyday at the college. There are drama societies, literary societies and even a society for civil aspirants. The college has well guarded parking lots and entrances. There are security guards in and around campus. In case of natural calamities, there is enough open space to vacate to. The campus is totally ragging proof. You can expect no harassment or bullying.

Infrastructure is not good. Buildings is in under construction. College is tidy. Smell bad. Drainaige issue. Class room was like school classroom. All the information site was wrong. No gym and all. A small ground they have.

College do not have good prefessors. They only follow the course. Nothing more thsn that. They have only bookish knowledge. They used to time pass with lab work. No assignment was verified. Some of them have very rude behaviour.
Placements
No placement at all. Fake placement provided by them. Thry hire a fake team of placement. They also took money from us. When we questioned them, they do not response. They just only play with student career. They have to only make money not engineers.

Not enjoyed the life there. So boring

Hostels are looking too old. And Classes are fine.One of the bad part is Laptops are not allowed into the Library. Study Room is also too small when compared to the people who likes to study there. Also no seperate cricket ground available

As far as our department's curriculum is considered its not updated past ten years. So the topics we learn are far away from today's practical world. More over for our department there not even a single classroom which can fit around 100 people together which makes difficult for taking combined classes.
Placements
Placements for our department are going good.But the Core companies visits are still not sufficient enough when compared to the batch strength. Also the packages average is fine but the ones who gets below average level are considerably not less.

The college has all the necessary infrastructure including plenty laboratories, a fairly big library, all the vailable sports centres and plenty good number of hostels to accommodate all the non-local students. They are all well maintained and hygienic fairly.
Academics
I am pursuing B.Tech in Computer Science. Almost 70% of my college consists of this branch of students and the teaching is fairly good. The syllabus and curriculum includes all of the recent norms and technological knowedge according to our branch.
Placements
I am a first year student and placements for me right now is not quite a close thing but not forgetting the fact that the institute gave us a thorough review of the placements and the top IT companies taking students of our branch. They told us about the salary and the procedure then. It seems fairly good but in the end it depends on the individual who has to anyways keep academics perfectly well and skills up to date.
Campus Life
The campus life is pretty amazing. The college mostly consists of the students coming from different far away places and so all the daily life amenities and other special celebrations are pretty well going. All of the staff and students live nearby and the campus is fairly safe.

K.J Somaiya Institute of Engineering and Information Technology (KJSIEIT) You will have the best 4 years of your Engineering than in any other college in Mumbai for sure. IN the Engineering life styled teachers placed, an important role in life and you have well experience d teachers and som prominent faculties to learn from and most of them had a Ph.D. degree.

Placements are high chances to be placed from the IT department in this college, Accenture is a mass recruiter and many other major companies have started hiring companies such as sigma, Majesco, etc. The LPA is a CTC of the companies that visit here is 3.5 lacs whereas dream companies have also offered the job as high as 12 lacs per annum

The crowd here is very intellectual and passionate. Staying in such a crowd always motivate you to do something better in your life.

I am very proud of my college as it has a very good background. It has a good infrastructure and all the facilities are available and we'll used. The gardens are watered daily. There is asewage treatment plant to reuse water. So, out college makes us of everything which can be used. There are two canteens, one small and one big. The living spaces are cleaned regularly and the food is hygienic too.

I am studying Computer Science and Engineering out of interest and there are many jobs in this field now. The faculty is good and the quality of teaching is also upto the mark. But the only problem is that there are lot is exams making us hard to do anything other than college work. The curriculum is updated.
Placements
Our branch gets most of the placements and the companies are also reputed ones. Most of the students in my branch get placed and the average package is around 4 lakhs per annum. The highes package was given by Value labs. The placement process is easy and pleasant as I have seen it in. My college is also supportive by providing various trainings through courses right from the first year itself.
Campus Life
Being in first year, I was not ragged by any of my seniors infact they are really supportive and helped me with my academics too. We xan participate in the events and get exposure. We have many clubs for students to get engaged with. The faculty is always there to help us. Along with safety, my college can handle any kind of emergencies.

Placements are mostly from the software sector like Infosys, Wipro, Mindtree etc. Whereas semiconductor based companies also do visit the college for placements, but their recruitment is less in number. Few core sector companies also do visit like TATA Steel, MEIL etc.

Campus life is decent and not so hyped. Since the college is situated amidst the Palur Hills hence evening here is silent and serene.

The teachers are dedicated. Our course is updated and includes all the recent developments in the fields. Our course definately makes us equipped with all technical and soft skills to make us an asset for the organisation coming to hire us.

College is famous for its high placements. Almost 90+ percent placement in all branches. The Metallurgy and Materials Science Engineering had a 100% placement last year. Average package of the lowest branch i.e Production and Industrial Engineering is higher than 6 lakhs per annum.

The worst feature is not availablity of an auditorium but it is in construction now. Best feature are various sports ground available.

Now I'm in second year. But most of the students always said our college placement is not so good. But yes average salary they offered is 25k. Our college is not so supportive but sometimes they support students.

And the best thing i like about my college is location. Location of our college is best . Everything is available near our college. So our college can handle emergencies easily.

Yes, our college have all necessary equipment, infrastructure and facilities. Our class room is well equipped with smart board and projectors for Smart study. We have all latest equipment which is related to our branch though their maintenance is not good. College provides a good facility of library and sport center. The hostels were also in good condition.
Academics
Curriculum is update and new as per AICTE guidelines but the all faculty were not good. But most of them were good and experienced ones. They have good knowledge about their respective cource. From my point of view it makes you job ready.
Placements
The placement scenario is not good in this college. The number of student placed were very low. But the companies which are coming here for placement were core company of their respective branches. Highest salary is 10 lakh given by tatasteel last year of mechanical branch. Average sala is about 2-3 lakh per year. College is quite supportive in placement and process is standard as followed by any other college.
Campus Life
College campus is not so good as in IITs and NITs but college campus is good. Students can engage in many activities their. There are many clubs related to various events you can join them and can enhance your personality. Teachers and staffs were normal but not supportive in nature. The college is about 20 km away from a good well developed city so for watching a movie you have to travel 20 km up and then 20 km down. The area in which college is located is not well developed.

Yes, my college have all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment. My class is very facilitieas in every aspect as it contains projectors for e-class and wifi. We have all the equipment and laboratories including IOT and AI labs. Having computerised library. Our college has its own sports stadium and amazing hostels. And the living space is very clean and having hygenic food. And our hostels and classes are fully equipped with wifi.

And the quality of teaching is pretty well as faculty is well qualified and graduat from best technical institutes. Yes, my curriculum is updated and includes all the recent development in technical like teaching AI, ML, IOT. Yes, what i study in institute will make me job ready.

The quality of placement in my college is very good. And about 98 percent of student get placed every year in company like Microsoft, google, amazon, adobe and many more. The highest salary offered in year 2019 was 58 lakh by microsofta and it goes to computer science engineering course. And the average salary offered every year is 6.5-7.5 lakh. And for me placement process is very pleasant and during placement and research work my college is very supprotive.

freshmen the campus provides many opportunities to them to enhance their personality, technical skills, sports, soft skills and they are also told about various career opportunities. The university has a council of student activities which governs the various sub councils, societies and student boards which organise events, seminars, sports activities, fest etc throughout the year. Students and teachers are amazing, and about location it is located in the heart of city gorakhpur. Yes it's safe.

There is no placement or very less placement for architecture students here, you can go for M.arch and then can get placed in a good reputed firm, placement cell is still working to provide us a good placements.

We have a good campus life here, as the campus is really big and good, we enjoy in cafeteria and in grounds, the architecture building is really good then compared to other buildings, the campus life here is really good.

Our college has two buildings consisting of four big grounds, the campus is not so big but a red brick campus, our college has wifi but that is not accessible for everyone, that is for teachers and computers students only, the college is good as compared to other delhi university's off campus colleges.

We have a good qualified teachers here, most of them are PhD holders and has teaching experience of more then 15+ years, the college has a good academics as the teachers there are well experienced and qualified.

The placement is not so good, the placement is working more and more to provide placement to most of the students, but considering it of now, the placement is not good for humanities students, for science stream it is good.

The campus life is okay, as already mentioned we have four big grounds, there we can always see students having fun with their friends, and passing time, sitting on benches and playing with small puppies, there is a big canteen also with a cheap and great range of food.

IIITV does not have its own campus you will not find all infrastructure and facility here and classes are for first year held in sabar institute of technology where you will not find so much facility. Food is hygienic and food quality is good.

Curriculum of IIITV is relevant and according to stream. Unlike to IIT and NIT there is no need to read all subject of engineering in first year. There is five subject in the curriculum of first year and all are relevant to CSE and IT. as it is offering only two stream in B.Tech.
Placements
Over all placements of IIITV is good. highest and average package is increasing every year and placement cell of IIITV is awesome. In academic year 2019-2020 highest CTC is INR 36 Lacs and average CTC is INR 11 lacs.
Campus Life
Campus life in IIITV is not so good. As IIITV doesn't have its own campus so you do not get so much facility in campus. But there is various club and they organize various activity in which you can take part and sports club also is very active.As IIITV hostel is in sabar institute of information technology which is located in remote location. sometime you will find snake in campus and dog in classes because of its remote location.There is only one emergency vehicle in the institute.
Spending 4 years here would definitely be a unforgettable.
