36 MonthsBachelor of Arts (BA) Honours in English is a three-year full-time undergraduate Course offered by Salesian College, Sonada and affiliated to University of North Bengal, Siliguri.
It is one of the oldest departments of the College which offers Honours in English literature and Elective English for BA General Students. The department also facilitates the organization of Career Oriented Programme (COP) in Communicative English to cater to the direct application of the English Language in the career/job front of the students.
Eligibility Criteria
The Candidate should have passed 10+2 exam with:
1. 55% marks in the aggregate or
2. 55% in the aggregate and 60% in the subject of choice at the PUC/Plus Two examination.
3. In the case of students belonging to SC/ST category, this requirement is relaxed as per prevailing State Rules.
