Bachelor of Arts (BA) Honours in Education  is a three-year full-time undergraduate Course offered by Salesian College, Sonada and affiliated to University of North Bengal, Siliguri. 

The Department of Education is one of the flourishing departments in both the campuses of the College and has a group of qualified Professors and enterprising students who have built up a good community of learners. The Department also facilitates the COP music in the College.


Eligibility Criteria

The Candidate should have passed 10+2 exam with:

1. 55% marks in the aggregate or 

2. 55% in the aggregate and 60% in the subject of choice at the PUC/Plus Two examination.

3. In the case of students belonging to SC/ST category, this requirement is relaxed as per prevailing State Rules.
