Saltora Netaji Centenary College, Bankura Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The college has a library facility for all students. The Central Library of Saltora Netaji Centenary College is enriched with approximately 24,000 books of various domains of knowledge. The collection of research journals, magazines, and newspapers in the library may enchant the readers. Library Management Software (LMS) has been installed to facilitate the book lending process in digital mode to keep up with the times. 

The college has sports facilities for all students. The IQAC coordinator and faculty members of the Physical Education department decided to open a sports academy named Saltora Netaji Centenary College Sports Academy (SNCCSA) for the sake of our students as well as for all the students of the surrounding area. The Hon’ble President of the G.B. and the principal were the patrons and extended their helping hands in this noble venture by providing the necessary kits and tiffin. Apart from trying to provide affordable, quality, and fruitful education, the sports academy is trying to put its mark on the sports development of this predominantly tribal region. The governing body members of the sports academy have successfully registered the academy under the Societies Registration Act (1961) of the Government of West Bengal. The registration number is: S0037891 of 2023-24. We initially started this best practice with football coaching. The esteemed and experienced faculty members of the Department of Physical Education, as well as some external experts, are acting as the coaches and mentors. In the future, if funds permit, we have plans to provide coaching on other games, including cricket, athletics, etc.  

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.

The college has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students.

The college has a Gym facility for the students.

The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

The college has a guest room with the latest facilities for visitors.

The college also provides good classroom facilities for all the students.
