Seva Bharati Mahavidyalaya, Paschim Medinipur Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

There are three Boys’ Hostel (Ashramik Chhatrabas, SC/ST Hostel &B.P.Ed. Hostel) with total intake capacity of 320.

The college one Girls’ Hoste facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students.

The College has a well-equipped Gymnasium, where the students (both male and female) can use almost all types of equipment for body-building.

The College library has a collection of more than 24000 volumes which include textbooks, Reference Books, Journals, etc. The books and journals collected in the library have been supporting the teaching, research, development, and other professional activities of all the departments of the Mahavidyalaya.

The college has sports facilities for all students.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

The college has Canteen facility has been provided to the students in the campus, near the Basketball ground. It provides snacks, tea, coffee, cold drinks etc. during the college hours. Canteen Committee monitors the quality of eatables, cleanliness and prices rates etc. 

The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.

The college has good networking for the alumni association.

The college has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students.

The college has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.

The college has does not have any Health Unit in the Campus. However, the college has collaboration with Students’ Health Home, Jhargram, which offers various types for medical supports to the students of the college throughout the year. A Primary Health Centre is situated 100 Meters away from the college and in case of medical emergencies the students can avail the primary health services from the Primary Health Centre. Health & Hygiene sub-committee of the college looks into the medical issues of the students of the college
