Only library and canteen The college's infrastructure was abysmal, reflecting a dire state of neglect and mismanagement. Decrepit buildings with peeling paint and broken windows stood as testament to years of insufficient maintenance. Classrooms were cramped, poorly lit, and equipped with outdated furniture, hindering the learning environment. Inadequate ventilation
