PGDM at SOIL Gurgaon Offline Course

SOIL’s 2 year PGDM is a bold and radical step in changing management education. This 2 Year PGDM is India’s first program integrating Business, Design Thinking and Liberal Arts. The program aims at rediscovering the creative potential in its students thereby creating business leaders who excel in innovation and creativity.

Duration - 2 Years (6 Terms)

Core Areas - In Year 1: General Management + Foundation Courses in Design Thinking and Liberal Arts. Year 2: Electives & Specializations.

Specializations Offered - Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Analytics

Curriculum Structure - 45 Courses total; includes core, electives, design thinking & liberal arts; Year 1 mandatory foundational subjects; Year 2 optional specializations.

Credit Requirements - 160.5 credits to graduate; includes required specialization credits. 

Teaching Methods - Case-study based discussions (Harvard case studies), simulations, digital modules, Design Thinking & Liberal Arts foundation courses.

Internship Component - Mandatory Summer Internship at end of Year 1 in corporate/industry setting; graded. 

Flexible Electives - Students can choose specializations in Year 2 from the list; electives depend on student interest and faculty availability.
