• Candidates should fulfil the SOIL Gurgaon PGPM BL eligibility criteria.

• Valid scores in CAT/NMAT/GMAT/XAT in all these areas are also considered for admission; the institute also adds SNAP scores towards the end.

• Submit an online application form by visiting the official website of SOIL. 

• Complete the SOIL Talent Appreciation Test (STAT), which is an assessment that helps to understand the leadership potential and strengths of a candidate’s personality. 

• An assessment will be conducted to understand life goals and chart the desired career path. This will be done usually 1 hour before the interview. 

• After qualifying the entrance exam, candidates have to appear for the interview process.

• Candidates can expect to get a decision on the shortlist within four weeks of submitting their application and two weeks of taking the STAT. 

• Interviews with shortlisted candidates will be conducted by a faculty member and a senior member of the industry.
