College Infrastructure
The campus provides a conducive and healthy ecosystem to learn and develop skills of choice during the 1 year PGPM course. The classrooms are spacious and well lit and air conditioned. There is wifi available. The library is very useful for any reference books that we may need on any of the prescribed subjects. There is an auditorium for events. Our learning was through hybrid model due to covid and so the facilities for both online and classroom learningwas smoothly facilitated.
Academics
I majored in Marketing and took up a few subjects in Finance as my minor that may come handy as a marketer. From consumer behavior to product and channel management and Brand management, and from web and social media analytics to AIML, I had quite an experience throughout. The roster of elective courses is curated as per present and future industry demands. This is clearly visible when we compared the subjects we studied with the subjects offered o the previous batches.
Placements
This is the main focal point of most aspirants through their post-MBA journey. I came with about 3 years of industry experience with above average academics throughout. Although my work experience was majorly in finance, i had developed a liking for marketing and this gave me an opportunity to change my domain and move into the marketing side of things. With the guidance of the marketing professors at campus, I built my profile for a marketing role and ended up being placed in a good role.
Value-for-money
The answer to this question of whether PGPM is a good investment, is subjective. It depends on what is the value you are looking for. For me, it was majorly about changing my domain and i was able to do that. If value to you means higher monetary compensation, i think it is a very good option, as all of us were placed at at least 1.5X times our compensation prior to doing this course.
Campus Life
The Campus isn't huge like other B-schools, but it is pretty functional. The basement serves as cafeteria with recreation options. the top 3 floors has classrooms large enough and well equipped for lectures. the topmost floor has a large auditorium for evets and gatherings. There is also a library with books well stocked.
Anything Else
There is a lot of learning which will happen with peers, an outside of the classroom too.

College Infrastructure
The college is well equipped with all the facilities that are essential to delivering the classes both in online and offline mode. Because of the pandemic, the entire course ran digitally in 2020 but the quality of learning was never compromised. This year the college has launched a hybrid model of learning wherein the students have the option to opt for both digital and physical classes.
Academics
SOIL has a well-curated curriculum and the best part about the curriculum is that it gets updated every year depending on the industry needs making the students industry-ready. The faculties come with a high level of industry experience which makes classroom learnings rich and exciting.
Placements
Despite the uncertainty, this year a good number of companies participated in the final placement. The highest package offered so far is INR 17.96 lacs and the average being INR 10 lacs. The preparation for the final placement was quite rigorous. From the very beginning of the course, we have faced series of mock interviews, GDs, aptitude tests, which actually prepared us for the final interview.

SOIL- So Learn, So Live, So Lead. An umbrella under which student gets the exposure of unique curriculum, values, industrial mentoring, good placements and much more. SOIL is a temple of learning where we students can achieve their goals. Some of the factors that makes SOIL different from any other B-Schools: 1. Unique Curriculum 2. Experienced Faculty- Teachers were very helpful to students. The way they teach is very good. In our campus, we conduct many events where students can explore their talents. Industrial experts visit the college to share their experience in the corporate culture. 3. External Mentoring- In an MBA course this is essential for the students to have insights about the industry and the processes. By adding external mentoring to the program, students are exposed to various industrial leaders and they get an opportunity to learn from the experiences of leaders. 4. Guaranteed Placements- The college is providing good placements for students, and the college placement cell is also very supportive to students in getting placed. Every year a lot of MNCs are visiting the college for placements. 5. Social Innovation Program- SOIL allow the students to come out of their comfort zone and make a difference in the society by contributing their efforts in a unique way and creating a value proposition.

SOIL does not produce basic MBA post grads as other colleges do. SOIL - Post Graduates are Inspired Leaders who can transform the business world with their leadership skills. The campus life not only teaches Management curriculum but also teaches everything related to ethics, sustainability and mindfulness which are required for today's dynamic challenges in Businesses to make profit. Sufficient Placement opportunities for right attitude candidates. College CEO - Mr Anil Sachdeva, Professor - A N Bhattacharya, Professor - Neetika Batra are among the best in-house faculty apart from International guest faculty. Though college doesn't have big campus to enjoy, still a better to place play, study and enjoy. Fee is affordable for deserving candidates.

Faculty - experienced and industry expert Placement - good considering it a one year course Infrastructure - limited but good use of space So the course offers few unique things like social innovation program under which you get associated with an NGO for a year, one to one mentoring session to guide you, etc

The flagship one year MBA program aims to provide students with academic learning along with social awareness. The social innovation program involves weekly volunteering services at NGOs, understanding their problems and working on a suitable business solution. The courses are taken by prominent industrial leaders who have significant experience. Students learn significantly through case studies and group presentations and
