Sree Amman Arts and Science College, Erode facilities include a library that maintains an excellent collection of data books, occasional papers and other documents/materials. When the library started 976 volumes were present now, it has more than 14000 volumes. The library has a well-equipped facility for reading.

As Sree Amman Arts and Science College, Erode offers many specialisations so, there are microbiology laboratory, computer laboratory, multimedia laboratory, language laboratory and Costume & Fashion Lab. All these labs are fully equipped with the latest technology like microscopes, incubator shaker, single beam spectrophotometers and laminar air flow in the Microbiology Laboratory. Sree Amman Arts and Science College, Erode has 3 computer labs with advanced computers which are sufficiently equipped with the latest tools and software. 

SAASC Erode organises national and international seminars, workshops, training sessions and more to teach students about industrial practices with industry experts.

A variety of South-Indian food is provided in the cafeteria for both the students and staff. The canteen and surrounding area are always kept neat. Even plastic bags are banned on campus.
