B.Com Programs: The college provides two B.Com programs; B.Com General and B.Com Computer Applications. Admission to these two programs is based on the academic achievements of the applicant from the qualifying examination on previous academic record and commerce-related subjects.

BBA Programme: In terms of their Bachelor's of Business Administration, BBA, the performance at the 10+2 level will be assessed by the college but has a bias toward commerce and business-backed fields. 

B.Sc Programs: Sri Meenakshi Vidiyal Arts and Science College offers five B.Sc programs, including Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, and Hotel Management and Catering Science. Admission to these courses is based on the candidate's performance in the relevant science subject(s) in the 10+2 examination.
