Sri Sharda Group of Institutions Placements: SSGI placement cell is responsible for training and guiding students in the recruitment process. The cell organises events, workshops, competitions, Live projects, industrial visits, guest lectures, and many more to enhance the skills and make students ready for any challenge they may face during the job interviews. The placement cell at SSGI invites reputed companies for the recruitment drive. The SSGI placements involve few steps which are necessary for students to follow. 

Recruitment registration: Students at SSGI will have to register with the Training and Placement Cell to participate in the interview. 

Pre-placement interaction company representatives: The cell provides the platform to the students to have close interaction with the company representatives. Students will be informed about the pre-placement talk before the actual date. They will get to know the job location, expected salary, profile and other details during the session.

Pre-interview screening: During the pre-interview screening, candidates who will be selected during the screening session will be invited for the final interview. The resumes of students are shared with the companies 

Final selection: During the session, the candidates who qualify the interview will be asked to join the company. They will be given the salary as discussed with the candidates during the interview.
