Sri Sharda Group of Institutions has a dedicated cell for placements, internships, and career guidance. SSGI Lucknow placement cell is responsible for training and guiding students in the recruitment process. SSGI Lucknow placement cell organises events, workshops, competitions, live projects, industrial visits, guest lectures, and many more to enhance the skills and make students ready for any challenge they may face during the job interviews. 

SSGI Lucknow placement cell makes it compulsory for all UG and PG students to undergo Summer Internship with the corporate industry for a period of 8-12 weeks. The period of Summer Internship is normally from the beginning of May to the middle of June. The placement cell at SSGI Lucknow invites reputed companies for the recruitment drive every year.
