This is basically government college. This is a college under vidyasagar University. Infrastructure is average. But buildings can be well maintained. College have a play ground, canteen and labs but not with modern equipments.
You can easily understand what is the teaching quality in a government college. Teachers are good. They behave very well with us. They help us to get better career opportunities. But in my time, 75% attendance is mandatory.
Government college doesn't provide placement facilities. There is no option for on campus placement. If you want job you have to apply for off campus recruitment. Most of the students opt for higher studies after b.com.
I have completed my graduation (Bcom honours) in Tamralipta Mahavidyalaya which is situated in Tamluk. My college don't have much infrastructure, facilities and equipment but it has a nice library facilities where we can any books. Our fees was also very low as it is a government college.
I was studying Bcom in accountancy honours because this course is very good to pursue a good career in corporate sector. Teaching in this college was very good as we had different teachers for different subjects.
Our college don't provide and placement drive to any student as it is a government college. We have to find placement from our of the college to get placement because there is no placement cell in our college.
