Eligibility Criteria

The minimum qualification for admission to the first year of the B. Tech course is a pass in the Intermediate (10 + 2) conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Govt. of Telangana State or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as optional subjects.

Admission Details

Admissions to the Institute are made along with the other Engineering colleges in the state through a common entrance test (EAMCET) conducted by the Government of Telangana State.

Admission Process:

1. 70 % of the seats are allotted based on merit in the EAMCET.

2. 30 % of the seats are earmarked for Management/NRI candidates.

3. In addition to the above, Diploma holders are admitted in the second year of B. Tech to the extent of 10% of intake based on the merit in the ECET, under the lateral entry scheme.

TKR College has good infrastructure with well-equipped classrooms, laboratories, library, and computer facilities. The campus is clean and provides a comfortable environment that supports effective learning and student activities.

College Infrastructure

good infrastructure like library, instruments, labs (but some computers in our lab not working, keyboard problems, overall infrastructure other than this the point I mentioned is, I would say a way good than other colleges of this tier.

Modern, disciplined, supportive, career-focused, growing.

College Infrastructure

TKR boasts a spacious, green campus with large classrooms, modern labs and a vast library. Hostels and sports grounds are good; WiFi and washroom upkeep need improvement. The infrastructure at TKR is very good overall — spacious, campus-style buildings, a large library, well-equipped labs and separate hostel blocks. A few areas for improvement: WiFi connectivity and washroom maintenance are noted as below-par by some students.
