Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have a B.Tech. (Chemical Engineering) degree or any degree recognized by the University as equivalent to it are eligible for admission. Those candidates who have secured at least 55% marks or a grade point average of 2.4 out of 4 in B.Tech (Chem. Engg) degree are only eligible to write the entrance test. Candidates who have appeared for B.Tech. Final examination and awaiting results are also eligible to apply for admission.
Admission Details
Admission to all M.Tech. courses will be on the basis of the percentile score obtained at the GATE examination. If the sufficient number of candidates with GATE qualification not available for admission, candidates who have not passed the GATE examination will also be considered for admission against the remaining seats on the basis of their performance at the entrance test (PGECET) conducted by the Government of Telangana State.
