Valliammai Women's College of Arts and Science, Villupuram Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The college library is set as a modern library that can accommodate 100 students at a time and has different sections to promote easy access for users. The latest books are available in our library. It contains 3550 volumes of books covering all disciplines. The library has subscribed to several leading newspapers. The Internet browsing facility is also available inside the library to access to e-resources. The library follows an open-access system and caters to the needs of undergraduate students, Post Graduate Students, M. Phil., scholars, and faculty members of our college. The library contains various sections such as a reference section, circulation section, book stock section, books for competitive examinations, theses /dissertations section, and e-resources access section. 

The college has a Physical Education Department in our college is well equipped with enough sports materials. We have a spacious playground for playing various games. The department is equipped with necessary facilities and equipment, which enable the students to undergo regular practice for achieving perfection. Well furnished Indoor Stadium for Badminton court and Table Tennis court are under construction. Now work in progress.

The institute has excellent hostel facilities and infrastructure within the campus that make students feel comfortable and at home. The hostel has a mess, where the students are offered a choice of both vegetarian and non vegetarian food.
