For applying in Andhra University for their architecture course you'll have to have to have at least 50% marks in 

Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and then you'll have to clear NATA also. Depending on your scores in NATA you'll get Andhra University, Department of Architecture.

Based on the usual cutoffs for JNTUK and AU, I will say that I am sorry but you cannot get JNTUK with this rank. Getting in AU might not be possible too.
