As your EAMCET rank is 72 marks then your rank may be in range 13k-20k.

Andhra University's fees structure for aueet exam holder is 1.65 lacs per annum more over you need to pay around 10,000 extra (hostel facility and mess separated) 

Hostel fee is around 32,650 INR per annum however for girls amount is same as above .

As per your marks, the opening marks of mechanical under general category are 352.  So it's quite a dead lock situation. As you are just on the cut off . So you may or may not get admission. But don't lose hope as anything can happen. Cut offs often

 you can get scholarship if you fulfilling their eligibility criteria. If you have score 90% in 10 and 12 class than 25 % of fees reduce from total tution fees.

If you have played any sports at national or international level than 20% of fees reduce from total tution
