Yes you can get a seat in Andra university. Previous year cutoff for CSE was:- 1230.

so you can  easily get an seat. you should go for counselling and give the option. You can give for other branches like:-

1. EEE

2. ECE

3. Instrumentation Technology

Yes, At this Rank  in AP PGECET, You can get into AU 2019. You will get admission in this college at some last round otherwise you can even get admission in some other colleges that are best for you. Admission in AU is one of the best as AU is very reputed college and is best college. It would be best if you will get AU otherwise you can check various colleges at Careers 360.
