HI,

You have low chances of getting into AU , try to keep other colleges and university in list

feel free to ask more queries

GOOD LUCK

Yes, you have high chances of getting a seat in both the colleges with a rank of 180 in AP ICET.

Admission into AU for degree in BTech for dual degree programs will be through merit in AUEET.None of the exams can be judged as easy or hard.Exams are conducted to test our knowledge and know where we stand. The paper might look easy sometimes and sometimes hard.It all depends on our basics and how good we are implementing them.Infact nothing comes easy without working hard. So,work hard and achieve it.

The exam will be for 100 marks and coming to the cut off,AU decides the cutoff marks based on several factors:availability of seats, difficulty level of questions,no. of students appeared etc.

ALL THE BEST!!

HI,

Chances to get into AU are slightly low

You can try in other colleges like

Adikavi Nannayya University..east godavari

svu colleges of management--tripati

DrL Bullayya pg course--visakhapatnam

pvp sidhartha institute--vijayawada

VR sidhartha--vijayawada

jntu colleges of enginerring--anantapur

pb sidhartha college of arts and science---vijayawada

GOOD LUCK

Dear aspirant,if your rank is above 1000 then you must read this answer carefully to avoid wasting of time and your FIRST PREFERENCE CHANCES IN FIRST ROUND COUNSELLING of APICET.

today(on 9/5/2019) i went to AU DOA (Directorate of admissions) and met one of the MBA professor there and found this details which i compiled and wrote down.

1.ANDHRA UNIVERSITY has 120 MBA seats.

2.rankers from 1 to 1000 will be given FIRST PREFERENCES by any means.

3.if the seats still fallen vacant after 1000 ranker also, then they consider rankers from 1001 to 1050 to fill the vacancy.

4.a maximum of 2 seats falls vacants under different circumstances,as it did happened in 2 or 3 times in last 6 years-as he said by stats they have in records.

5.but REMEMBER THAT 120 SEATS CAN BE EASILY OCCUPIED BY RANKERS AMONG 1-1000.

6.So, if your rank is above 1000 then you must try for other colleges as early as possible.

7.MANAGEMENT SEAT COSTS 1.5LAKH AS OF LAST YEAR.it could hike this year.

you know your rank so find where exactly you will get MBA seat rather hoping for AU OR some other university with 2000,3000 and above ranks.otherwise you would be just wasting time and first round counselling chance but nothing.

i request rankers above 1000 should keep this in mind plz dont loose your MBA seat waiting somewhere based on your rank card.

if your rank card is not satisfying to get MBA seat in your prefered university as per their asmission requirments, plz dont wast your valuable first round counselling for that university/college.

definitely you will get MBA seat in some other college/university based on your rank so adhere to ground reality and use your option carefully.

otherwise in second round of counselling, you have to go for much down grade colleges/university that which would be not feasible to you.

to the conclusion,

this is the information i gathered on full day effort so plz do share this with other aspirants of this stream.

thank you and all the very very best to y'll.
