According to me the value of certificate is same ,be it the student studying in andhra university through eamcet exam or through aueet exam.there is no such difference,except the name of paper.

Hey! Counseling session which is to be held in any university is for getting admission which is a college learning program. Not a Distance Learning Program.
Every college has other requirements for DLP from MBA.

There must be a counseling session for the same. 
Andhra University will provide the further details on their website.
