The admission in Delhi University in B.Sc (Maths) program is done on the basis of 12th merit only and the cut off varies college wise. Also, there is no cut off declared yet for 2018 so to get a rough idea you can go through the below link -

If you are talking about Allahabad University then the cutoff can be nearly 98 marks. 

If it is Andhra University or Anna University, you have to cross check it.
