The cut off or closing rank for naval architecture and marine engineering is 4085 in 2020 and it is for general category . Hence to obtain 4085 rank in AP eamcet ideal to get 70-79 marks these are expected marks for given rank. This year there is no ipe weightage hence choose according to it.

Ipe weightage for ap eapcet is removed for this year hence it will be very fine when you get the better marks in eapcet or eamcet to get seat in Andhra University providing cutoff ranks of Andhra University for b.tech 2020 year general category

With this rank getting CSE is not possible in Shri Vishnu Engineering College for Women (SVECW), Bhimavaram.
However there are chances that you can get Mechanical Engineering with this rank. The closing rank for Mechanical Engineering in 2020 was 22381. These are just predictions based on last year's cutoff. The cutoff changes every year. Still for CSE your rank is high.

If we look into the cutoff trends of last few years then your rank is quite higher to get seat in Andhra University (BIPC). You should have a rank at least less then 7950 to get a seat in Andhra University. So chances are really low. However, it is a decent rank and i will suggest you to apply for some other good colleges.
