For andhra university computer science and electronics courses your rank is too high because according to 2019 cut offs the closing rank for CSE was 979 and for electronics was 1229. But you can get courses such as Information technology(IT), civil, chemical etc. For more info about the cut

1. Candidates with II class in graduation 45% in case of SC/ST/OBC candidates.
