Sorry but I could not find the highest pakage but here is the medium pakage for Electronics and communication engineering in Andhra University offered by Sagi Ramakrishnam Raju Engineering college, Bhimavaram is from Rs. 4.31 Lakhs to Rs. 4.67 Lakhs.

See there are various medical and dental colleges in Telangana which accepts admission on the basis of NEET score and different institution have different cut-offs for different categories on the basis of NEET scores and because you have not mentioned the name of institution so it's quite difficult
