For SC category female candidates, the cutoff ranks for Mechanical and Civil Engineering generally range between 20,000–35,000 under AP EAMCET rank. So according to your score that is 127 in M.Sc zoology and category OBC NCL you chances of getting a seat in Allahabad University is possible.Last year the cuff offs were closed around 130-150 and your is little below it but you can get seat in vacant round. Make sure to check the college portal daily for counselling.If you didn't get seat in first round don't loose hope attend every round.

With an ECET rank of 1491 from the OC category, it is highly unlikely you will get a CSE seat in AU because it is number 1, highly competitive and cuts off around 300–400 for OC candidates.
