First Aid with all accessories is kept in the laboratories where moving machinery is installed and also at strategic locations. Emergency medical care and first-aid are available on the campus with one Medical Practitioner and one Nursing Assistant. General medicines are made available in the center. First-aid boxes with all accessories are kept in all laboratories and other strategic locations. An Ambulance with all facilities (on-call) is available in the University round the clock for emergency services.

The University library boasts of more than 44,321 books and journals at the national and international levels. Along with technical updates via the latest journals, students can also keep themselves abreast with the latest happenings in the world via News Paper, magazines, and Internet facilities. The library is divided into two sections: 1. Reference Section: This section stocks recent editions of textbooks. A student can borrow one book at a time against their Library Identity Card. The books/journals in this section are meant for reading in the hall only. The question papers of previous examinations conducted by the University are also available in this section. 2. Lending Section: Students can borrow two textbooks for verification from this section. Generally, students can get books for one week. A fine will be charged if a book is not returned within a given time. 3. Book Bank Section: The library is having a Book Bank facility for specific courses. Through this facility students can get a book by paying a book bank amount (one-time payment) and can keep the book until the end of the particular courses. At the end of the particular semester, the book has to be returned by a notified date. In case of loss or any damage to the book, the student will have to replace a new book or pay the cost of the book.

The University provides facilities for a wide range of sports and games. The University provides facilities for indoor games like shuttle badminton, table tennis, chess, carroms, besides Weightlifting and malkhamb. The renovated University stadium provides facilities for cricket, football, and athletics. There are also courts for ball badminton, basketball, volleyball, tennis, etc. Sports Facilities-Sports play an important role in shaping up the personality and fitness of a person and to give a truly global experience to all the students living in Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam University, a sports environment matching global standards is provided to them at the campus. The sports department is regular in sending the university teams to various sports tournaments and matches. 

The lab is equipped with a state-of-art computing facility with Pentium/Celeron class computers connected through the local area network. The entire student has free access to the computer to do their work at any time of the day. The high-speed internet connective provides extended access to vast intellectual resources. IT / MCA Lab: It is a new rapidly growing area that is radically changing the world by making it possible to do new ways of business, provide entertainment, and create art. IT/MCA people solve technical, organizational, and management problems involving information: collecting information, storing it, using it, and retrieving it from storage that enables analysis from different perspectives. Experts of IT/MCA are in great demand in the area of business where the rapid process of information plays a crucial role varying from drug discovery to decoding the human genome project, weather forecasting, and high-end designing. It is a known fact that the economy has doubled with the growth of the IT/MCA industry. Every major player in the field of IT/MCA is eager.

University has a spacious canteen with the latest equipment and a hygienic environment which provides quality food and prompt service and caters to the needs of all the students and the staff. A central cafeteria of 1500 Sq.m. is available on the campus. Mini cafes and fast-food centers are available in various blocks.

Our Campus is provided Conference and Seminar Hall. These halls are fitted with permanent Audio, Video, and Projection systems. External Chief Guests on various latest topics are regularly invited to deliver lectures to our students. Thus our students are exposed to the recent Technology/Trend. Faculty Development Programme and Workshop is conducted in the Seminar Hall, to update the Knowledge of our Faculty Members. Each Seminar hall has a seating capacity of 300 members. The conference hall can accommodate 50 members.

The University runs 30 buses covering all the important points in Indore, Dewas, Mhow, and Pithampur towns with a total seating capacity of 1000 students. Transportation is available for conducting industrial tours and visits etc. A regular transport facility is available.

Electrical and Electronics Lab: Well-equipped Electronic lab is provided to students for taking all practical sessions shall be designed as per the requirement. Better lab Assistance is provided in all labs being provided thereof. Electronic Lab is well equipped with the latest models of CROs, Function Generators, Dual Power Supply Units, Digital Trainer Kits, Measuring Instruments, Digital Multi-Meter, Voltmeters, and Ammeters. Mechanical Lab: The Mechanical Department is fully equipped with the required facilities for the effective delivery of lectures, state-of-the-art computational facilities, and laboratory facilities. More emphasis is being given to practical classes through effective, elaborate, and rigorous laboratory classes to reinforce the theoretical knowledge gained during theory classes. 

Punjab National Bank provides the ATM and banking at the respective campuses for the need of the students and faculty.

The campus is having 5 MBPS of high-speed internet facility. The institute has a 24X7 Wi-Fi facility on the campus for the student and faculty members to avail internet connection at any place in the university. The connectivity through a fully networked campus with state-of-the-art IT infrastructure, computing, and communication resources, offers students the facilities of e-mail, net surfing, up/downloading of web-based applications, besides helping them in preparing projects and seminars.
