Dear applicant out of the options that you selected Chandigarh University is a very good one however B.E / B.Tech is best in that college. Galgotiya University also has got good academic environment, great faculties and all the necessary facilities. BSc medical imaging technology is a three year undergraduate course. It is offered by Galgotias university with an annual fee of 50000. But B.sc radiology is not available there. Instead they offers a diploma in radiology and imaging technician which is it 2 years program.

Amity is one of the reputed private university with best placement matters. Galgotias is similar to it in terms of placements but it is not a university. GL Bajaj gives you slightly lesser placements then Galgotias, but you have chance to get placed in supergiant companies like Microsoft and Apple.

Furthermore, if you want to compare them in terms of fees, then Amity is most expensive, then GL Bajaj and lastly the Galgotias.

Yes, you can get admission to B.Tech if you have passed minimum 3 year Diploma in Engineering from a recognized board. Candidates who have passed Diploma in Engineering can apply for admission to 2 year B.Tech admission through lateral entry. The admission process is conducted separately by each state.
