Yes you can definitely apply for BA LLB as you fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria of having minimum of 50% aggregate in your Intermediate, there's also a 5% relaxation in it for SC/ST students. So yes you can definitely apply for Ba llb in almost any college but admission procedure may vary from college to college.

I got 227 this year The general was closed at 182 in first counseling. Let's hope in the second but the teachers sitting there were saying that there are chances to get .And I counted there are only 7-8 students btw 182 and 227 so there are highly chances . Second counseling is on 5 July hope you get then.

The placements in GBU after BA LLB are less and the packages offered are low. 

But this should not be your only criteria for selection of a Law college. You can increase your scope for a job in a legal firm with right kinds of Internships and Moots etc. Other than that, if you are inclined towards litigation, judiciary, further education, then the placements of a college does not matter.

The admission criteria and cutoff changes every year, please follow the site for 2018's updates. Also, please be sure you check for quota seats if you are SC/ST.

Also, remember you may get a branch in 2nd/3rd counselling that you didn't get in the 1st round.
