Academics
I have chosen ELECTRONICS faculty and the reason behind that was the excellent campus recruitment and faculty members. The college follows the BPUT syllabus which was very good and updated. This has made me industry ready .As a result I was placed in my very first campus placement.
College Infra
The college is in very good and serene location in Rayagada district. Though Gunupur is around 100 km from Rayagada but it has all facilities like any small town.The most important thing about the college is its infrastructure.all the departments are well equipped with modern labs and well qualified and trained faculties.It also has a large library with thousands of books covers academic and non academic books. Students can use the library 27*7.the hostels were also very good and food was also hygienic.
Campus Life
Life in the campus was very beautiful and I can say that it was my best part of life. The friends we make there are still with us. We have learnt the basic life skills there. The regular tech fests and other sports and academic activities make the life memorable.
Placements
The placement in our batch was around 85% with few very reputed companies like Honeywell, Mindtree , l&t infotech , Infosys etc. the average salary offered was around 2.65 lakhs in the year 2008.Our college has arranged campus placement in which more than 50 companies participated.
Value For Money
Cost of studies per year was around 85000/- per year which include college and hostel , food and lodging charges.As the placements were good and classes were regular with good faculties I feel the good value for my money

MCA - Batch of 2027-01-01
Academics
Curriculum is updated and includes recent tech like AI/ML, Cloud Computing, and Data Science. Teaching quality is good with supportive faculty. Makes students reasonably job-ready with practical exposure.
College Infra
Wi-Fi enabled campus with smart classrooms, well-stocked library, computer labs with updated systems, and hostel facilities. Canteen food is hygienic. Sports grounds are available but need better maintenance.
Campus Life
Campus is green and peaceful. Students are friendly; faculty and staff are supportive. Annual tech fest and cultural events are highlights. Location is safe, but emergency medical facilities could be better.
Placements
Around 70-80% of MCA students placed. Highest package: ₹12 LPA (offered to MCA student). Average package: ₹4.5 LPA. Placement process was smooth and college provided training and support., Also it's provides PPT training classes.
Value For Money
Course fee is around ₹70,000–₹80,000 per year. Considering the infrastructure, faculty, and placement support, the college offers decent value for money.

The college infrastructure is good it's 4 out of 5 stars based on college placement and alumni .
While the buildings and academic blocks are highly rated for their serene environment, some student reviews note that hostel Wi-Fi and food quality are areas with room for improvement
