Check before you choose the dual course:

Curriculum (Does the cover themes/topics that should be covered in the MTech program? or it has a different curriculum?

Yes brother chanes infact quite remarkable to find a place at NITA or IIITA.

I believe you can get any branch at MNNIT A except CSE.

So if you were given choices to opt IIITA IT or MNNITA IT, I would recommend IIITA IT though both are good.
