To get Admission in IIIT Allahabad in ECE branch, a general category candidate needs to score around 175 to 190 marks in JEE mains. Moreover, every year the expected cutoff vary, because the number of students and the difficulty of the question paper changes, so the expected cutoff marks in JEE mains for B.Tech ECE in IIIT Allahabad for 2022 is 175-190.
The closing rank for the year 2019 is 21510 and for 2020 is 15431.

Iiit Hyderabad only has computer science and electronics and communication engineering.  The cut off for computer science generally does not goes below 600 and for ece branch it does not goes above 1.3k.

So, for ews category i would recommend to score atleast 99.94 percentile for cse branch . However various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper
