IIM Ahmedabad

Admission process for IIM A is a two step process. Hope you are doing well. Your question is unclear, can you specify what do you mean by minimum score in college predictor?

Nevertheless, I am sharing the general CAT percentile required for an individual to get into IIM A. Now, in order to get into IIM A, information regarding your Graduation, Gender (Male/Female), Reservation if any is also required. The group that faces the most difficulty here are GEM (General, Engineering, Male). For them, a safe percentile is 99.4 - 99.5. However, depending on these 3 attributes, you can also get admission in IIM A with only 98.2 percentile.

P.S. There are exceptional cases also, wherein candidates got in with very low percentiles, but these are very rare and you should not rely on them.

CAT ( Common Admission test) Examination is for Graduate programs in Management studies. This Examination is conducted by IIM (Indian Institute of Management) for year 2021 and total marks of CAT is 300. The minimum Eligibility for admission in any top IIM Universities across India is 80+% in 10th and 12th standard and CAT Score to be 90+ percentile to get a call for admission.

As you have secured excellent percentage in 12th and good CGPA in Bachelors, I will provide you the list of IIM Colleges along with there NATA cut off percentage.

Yes you can definitely get into IIM ABC if you work hard and keep preparing consistently for CAT. Coming to your past academics , graduation score and 10th grade score is good and will fetch you nice marks but 12th is a little low. You have a little upper edge as there is some reservation so your CAT score will be a little less compared to the General category cutoffs. During the interview round , your certification courses like CFA Level 1 and CFP definitely give you an advantage and show the panel you take an interest into your profession. A target of 90-95 percentile in CAT will surely give you a call into IIMs but for the top tier ones , 95 above is recommended. Again it depends on your gender , GD-PI and other things. Regardless , prepare well and best of luck.

Your 10th and 12th marks are very good which makes your overall academics good but your graduation marks is average and for IIM A and B, graduation marks hold weightage.You have a benefit of 3 years experience in fortune 500 companies and it would be beneficial for you but still chances are less for IIM A and B. But if you can get 99% percentile and above then you can certainly hope for IIM call.

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you yes you have very good profile as you have scored very good percentage in you 10th, 12th and graduation but then also you should aim for as high as possible you should try to aim for more then 95-96 percentile then only you can expect a call from top I.I.Ms that is A/B/C as competition is very tough in C.A.T exam.

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you,yes you can surely get IIM A/B/C if you score more than 95-96 percentile in CAT exam as you are a general engineer male candidate and for getting IIIMs you to score high so that you get a call from top IIMs. Generally marks and cutoffs depends upon the difficulty of paper it varys from year to year so you should mainly focus on mocks and lessen your wrong attempts then you may surely succeed.
