Evaluation Process
Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi, has a rigorous evaluation system. There will be continuous assessments, semester-end examinations, assignments, mini-project works, and case analysis. The university classifies students through two grading systems - Semester Grade Point Average (SGPA) and Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA).
Students will be awarded SGPA on successful completion of each semester. On the other hand, they are given CGPA each semester on successful completion of the current semester as well as all of the previous semesters. (CGPA is the grade point average for all the completed semesters at any point in time).
