BCA at Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi Online Course

Admission to the Jamia Hamdard Online BCA programme is an online as well as offline process. Eligible candidates need to fill up an application form online by entering basic information along with academic and professional details. They also need to submit relevant documents (Government ID proof/ academic certificate, and others). Post that, they will have to pay the applicable application fee to complete the application process.

To apply application form for online BCA at Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi, applicants need to follow the following steps:

Procedure for Offline method of the Admission 

• The Application Form can be downloaded from the website www.jamiahamdard.edu, uploaded under the link: SODL. 

• Take a printout of the form.

• Fill up the form with the relevant information in CAPITAL LETTERS and submit the filled-in application enclosing self-attested photocopies of the mark sheets and other documents required along with the consolidated Demand Draft drawn in favour of Jamia Hamdard, payable at New Delhi towards the following Fees:

1. Application Fee of Rs.500.00 / US$ 50 for the Foreign Students 

2. Programme / Semester Fee as mentioned for the respective Programme 

3. Examination Fee of Rs.2000.00 per semester Procedure for ONLINE Admission

The fees can be paid in cash at the Jammu and Kashmir Bank, Jamia Hamdard Campus, New Delhi, and the payment Challan / Receipt be submitted along with the filled-in application form at the Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE).

Procedure for online admission to ODL Programmes

• Go to the official website of Jamia Hamdard www.jamiahamdard.edu under SODL. 

• Register an account. (Provide your email and mobile phone number)

• Verify the Email

• Fill in the Application form online

• Choose your preference from the available list of courses 

• Select if you are applying as an Indian national or as a Foreign/ NRI/ Sponsored candidate.

• After selecting the course type, you will see a list of preferences to fill in. You can select a maximum number of 8 preferences. Select a minimum of 1 preference over here to proceed further.

• Once you have selected your preference, you can fill up the online application form for that course where you will need to fill in all information in each section (personal details, educational details, and others). All fields marked with the asterisk are compulsory.

• The fee can be made online in the Admission advertisement available on the website of Jamia Hamdard www.jamiahamdard.edu under SODL. 

Note: The application fee once paid will not be refunded.

Documents to keep ready 

• Mark sheet and certificate of the qualifying examination passed if the results have been declared. 

• Certificate of High School.

• Mark sheets/Certificate of all other examinations passed. 

• Date of Birth Certificate 

• Aadhaar Card 

• Photocopy of your passport /VISA (for foreign nationals/NRIs)

• Cast certificate, if any. 

• Any other document certificate in support of your application, TOEFL / IELTS score in case of foreign nationals, experience certificate, if so desired for admission to a particular programme.

Other instructions

• Place the duly filled in application form and enclosures (One set of self-attested photocopies of Mark sheets / Certificates of qualifying examination) in the A4 size or bigger envelope and keep the form unfolded.

• The duly filled in application form, complete in all respects should be submitted in person to the Office of CDOE or should be sent by post to the Director, Centre for Distance & Online Education, 1st Floor, Hamdard Convention Centre, Jamia Hamdard, Hamdard Nagar, New Delhi 110 062. 

• Candidates who have appeared in the qualifying examination and whose results are not declared can also apply for admission. But they will need to produce the mark sheet, as proof of the required eligibility criteria, failing which the provisional admission granted shall be cancelled.
