If you belong to oc category -You have fair chances in JNTU and minimal chances in OU 

If you belong to other categories,you r chances for both ou and jntu are good

Hello aspirant, sorry to inform you that you cannot get the seat in the jntuk as the rank of yours is too big in number so you cannot get seat in it in any of the coarse...if you are too much interested only in the jntuk then you must go for the long term and get less rank which can help you in getting it.

With a rank of 18000 I think you have less chances of getting seat in jntu kakinada under any branch but don't lose hopes opt for colleges like sree vidhyaniketan and be carefully while keeping the preference order in colleges and their branches in counselling I hope this helps.
