              I hope you are doing good. Now coming to your query, You didn't mention your category. It's fine, With 4822 rank it is difficult to get a seat in CSE. You can get in CSE only if you belong to SC/ST as the cutoff for CSE in 2018

It would've been better if you have mentioned which type of BC you belong to. The cutoff ranks vary for BC-A, B, C, D & E. Here I'm attaching the cutoffs for all categories and branches.
