Yes, you can join M.Tech Computer Science and Technology Course from Andhra University after a B.Tech in CSE from JNTUK. Curriculums of CSE and CST are both analogous to each other and provide the required effective engineering education.
However it is always desired you join a Institute of Higher Repute for your Masters, as you have done B.Tech from JNTU Kakinada, and Andhra University is some what at par with it. You must prepare yourself for pursuing Masters from one of the Higher Technical Universities like Top IITs, NITs, BITS Pilani, IIITs or IIIT Delhi. The above institutes have excellent infrastructure, faculty and research facilities as far as CSE is concerned besides enjoying an excellent employer outlook.

Hello aspirant,
See predicting on the basis of your rank secured in AP EAMCET 2020 seems to be a bit difficult whether you will get a seat in JNTUK or AU colleges in the IT branch as the cutoff varies from year to year categorically and as well as from college to college. Anyways, be patient and wait for the official cutoff results. Though as per the category, you have secured a considerable rank so need to be worried. According to your rank, you will get a seat in the college.

The facilities at our college are better when compared to other colleges. The infrastructure is so good, there is more space for labs and there will be internet connectivity anywhere in the college. The hostels facilities are good for boys and girls and there will be internet connectivity in both hostels.
Infrastructure of the college is really good and they provide us the sufficient facilities as per the requirement and I really having too good campus as this really attracts you with infrastructure and equipment's being available in labs , library and sport facilities too.
Good and spacious classrooms and an excellent library are available. There is a very slow Wi-Fi. Good R&D labs are available. The food is not up to the mark in the canteen. There are good hostel rooms with good maintenance. Sports would be encouraged well. This is the best university with most facilities. Poor medical facilities are available at the campus.
