Chances are low. Admission possibilities  depends on the specialization or branch you choose, number of seats and number of applicants.You will not get in any top demanding branches such as computer science,electronics, electrical,mechanical etc, but may try for the rest of them but that again the possibility cannot be assured.But for JNTU Kakinada, the cutoffs are usually very high and since you are OC candidate mostly it will be difficult.

You have got 227 rank in PGCET. In This rank you can get  Mtech in ECE branch in both of the universities Andhra University Visakhapatnam and Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh

To get qualified in JNTU and AU candidate has to secure at least 140 marks in PGCET.

As your marks is above the minimum qualification qualifying marks and rank then you can get your choice of branch ECE branch in  JNTUand AU.

Self financed colleges don't accept reimbursement fee and you have to pay extra reimbursement for self financed colleges and if not possible, you have to directly contact the authorities for submission of the extra reimbursement fee. Andhra University the oldest university in India it has no such record of placement in the past few years for MTech student of its own.

But  Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada  has better record of placement in the past few years. Many MNCs visiting regularly this university and recruiting their prospective Mtech pass out students from this University.

The placement record of Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada is quite average. Only some of the students of CSE gets placement from the college. Companies like TCS, Byju's, Infosys etc. recruits CSE students. The average package offered is around 3.5- 4 LPA. The highest package offer for the CSE graduates is around 8 LPA.

see the colleges you have mentioned in excellent for its quality of education, infrastructure, faculty students ration and placement history. however for gate point of view, it is difficult to rank a college. gate stands for graduate aptitude test in engineering where no age limit. students from 3rd year of engineering may appear in gate from any of the stream. also for engineering students gate exam is not mandatory. one who aspire to work in psus or want to pursue masters course in engineering or abroad may appear in gate exam. however based on students review I have rearrange the college name:
