Based on your rank , caste and the branch you pick ,they may allot you with a particular seat , as per it i request you to please provide your caste and your interested branch to help you in better way and as per previous years cutoff ranks if you belongs to oc (general)  or bc you need to score rank less then 2000 and if you belongs to sc or st then you need to score rank less then 4k to be eligible for both the colleges

There is no point in comparison with a state level college to that at a national level...though I agree that JNTU is one among the good universities...and IIITS being a new college...which was started in the previous year..If you go through the cutoffs this year.. you can make out to which extent the university has set it's standards...and moreover...Other colleges like IIIT VADODARA turned out to be really great ....so it doesn't matter much if the institute is a new institute...All that matters is the quality of education...All we students of IIITS are proud and confident enough that IIIT college soon would be one among the top universities!

JNTU kakinada is one of the best colleges for engineering in ap. For this college seat so many students will try for that college. If you want to get seat in that college you should get atleast of 1000 rank in exam. If you have any reservations it will be mor helpful for your admission.

kakinada campus will be best. in some way both are good and they does best for students. Kakinada campus has platform for research based works. The faculty are PhD holders and they keep on working new concepts and it really helps out students to learn and work along with faculties in their final year.

it will add to their resume and to their skill set.

in terms of placement, anathapur campus will be best where the campus have received highest salary 10lpa where as for kakinada it is 5lpa.

It depends on the number of seats  categorised on that category. If you are the person to get that seat you will be or if you belong to reservation category you will also get that seat . So don't depend on only one college you can get some other good colleges also .
