According to web results Fee structure in JNTU K for Computer Science and Engineering in B.tech .

Tution fee                                            10,000 per year  (for four years 40,000 ).

Hostel Fee include Mess fee around 2000 per month .

Don't worry about scholarships It is a government college so they provide to students accordingly .

For 18,000 rank in apicet,  it is very difficult to get a seat in Jntu kakinada. Your category also plays an important role in determining the college, so if you belong to open category then there are no chances for getting jntu kakinada. If you belong to reserved category like sc or st then you have lower chances of getting a seat in jntuk.

As per your question, as you didn't mentioned your category so am considering you under open category. Also  as per thier rules 75 percent weightage is given to EAMCET and 25 percent weightage is given to IPE score.

So as per your score 105 and 559 marks in EAMCET and ipe respectively your total combined score would be around 72.51 and your rank would be around 1.5K to 2K.And as per JNTUH oc category cutoff you should have your rank in below 1K to opt CSE and EC.

So as per your rank your chances to get CSE branch in this college is low but you can wait till round end may be cutoff can drop as you are having decent rank too.

You may expect a rank in between 6000-8000. Rank depends on factors like number of candidates qualified, top score, normalized marks, category etc. You have not mentioned your category assuming that you belong to general category you may get seat in Chemical Engineering and Petroleum Engineering in JNTU, Kakinada. Among the above four, sri ventateshwara university, Andhra university, jntu kakinada university are government universities and vignan university is a deemed to be university where fee structure is very high when compared to government universities. To get seat in government universities you need to get high marks in EAMCET but if you need to join in deemed universities there will be different factors for admission .
