For scoring passing marks in any of the subject in any of the university exam first tip which I want to suggest you is that you will have to solve all previous year question papers because in all University exam many of the questions repeats from previous year papers, and you need to write first 3 to 4 questions very neatly and correctly in your answer notebook, you should work on your presentation also to score good marks.

Cutoff rank will vary as per the reservation category. You haven't mentioned your category so i am giving cutoff for all the category.

1. OC :- 1826
2. SC :- 9477
3. ST:- 14260

Mostly if you have a rank around 1K then you can get an admission for general category. For this you have try your best and with efforts you have to secure a decent rank to get an admission in ECE branch.

In addition to ECE, other branches are also good. They provided maximum knowledge and workspace to students to work on whatever topic they like. Teachers and faculties are also supporting.

as per the fee reimbuirsement policy a student is elligible to fee reimbuirsement only if the student is of bc,sc,st or minority category and if the student is from oc minority he can get the fee reimbuirsement and the over all family income must be below 1lac to be elligible for fee reimbuirsement.

so make this points  noted and arrange your application to apply for reimbuirsement.

Yes, you will surely get your refund.

According to AICTE :
In The Event Of A Student Withdrawing Before The Starting Of The Course, The Entire Fee Collected From The Student, After A Deduction Of The Processing Fee Of Not More Than Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) Shall Be Refunded By The Institution. It Would Not Be Permissible For Institutions To Retain The School / Institution Leaving Certificates In Original.
Fee Refund Along With The Return Of Certificates Should Be Completed Within 7 Days.

Both the colleges are very good for both of these courses. Therefore it doesn't matter which college you choose. It mostly depends on your interest. If you are interested in any of the courses among both of them then make sure to choose it and join the college according to it. Because with interest nothing can be done.

JNTU is a university so it has it's own materials and which you will get from the online webpage which is used by you students. You are in first year you might don't know but they upload every details in the student desk which is accessed by all the students and they are accessed by you only.

You can look for materials related to the subjects and you will get it in a broad manner and that might not be matching to the syllabus. To get saved from that huge material you can go for lecturenotes.com (//lecturenotes.com) where you will get all the materials with respect to branches and subjects.

Along with that you can study the prescribed books in your syllabus and you can additional information from the books from libraries. You will  other reference books there and you can use them to get specified or particular information.

Hey pati mohan! JNTUK College of Engineering Kakinada Self Finance is a Coed, Aided, Univ college. it was established in 1946 and is affiliated to JNTUK. Self Financing courses are courses for which Government or UGC financial aid is not provided and student has to bear the cost of study. Self financing courses cost more than the regular courses but the curriculum remain the same.
The JNTU- Kakinanda provides admission to post graduate degree on the basis of Andhra Pradesh Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (AP PGECET). Hope this may help you.
