I think you canget CSE considering last year. Last year's cutoff for JIIT Noida campus for CSE was 62k and for ECE it was 80k. But last to lat it was around 45k.

One needs to take JEE (Main) exam and separately apply for JIIT counselling.

Admissions are on the basis of rank in JEE (Main).

You are elligible for JEE ADVANCE Chance of getting CSE or other stream in NITs or IIITs is very less under general category.To fetch NITs or IIITs you need at least 96 percentile under general category.You should focus on JEE ADVANCE PREPARATION.
