Hi aspirant

You may apply for JIIT.You may probably get it.

As its not a NITs/IIITs/GFTIs so its cut off won't be very high.You can apply for its counselling to get seats in it.

CSE ,IT and ECE are most demanding branch.If you have interest in computer programming then only go for CSE otherwise if you have interest in electrial and electronic devices then you ca opt for ECE.

Jiit is much better than TIET paiala

Hello Ryan,

First of all get out of your thought to join Chandigarh university. They advertise a lot and make fool of students. You can think of the quality of college where students are admitted directly in CSE . Crowd is worst. No learning environment. Infrastructure is good. Faculty is very poor. Placements are pool placement. It is very competitive.

Rest jiit Noida Vs vit Chennai, both options are good . I suggest you to choose college nearer to your house. There is absolutely no difference in opportunities that get in both college except a few that can be neglected

You are elligible for JEE ADVANCE Chance of getting CSE or other stream in NITs or IIITs is very less under general category.To fetch NITs or IIITs you need at least 96 percentile under general category.You should focus on JEE ADVANCE PREPARATION.

What is difference between ece and integrated ece in jiit please help

Hello Kamlesh

I will consider two factors here, the placements and the duration of courses

Comming to the duration, while btech in ece is just 4 years course and provides you with a degree in btech, the integrated ece is a dual degree program that provides you a btech and mtech degree at the end of the course.

Coming to placements,

For integrated ECE, IT sector companies or software companies are the ones that come for recruitement. The average package offered is around INR 4.6 Lacs per annum.

Core companies rarely make it to the institute.
Only 2 to 3 core companies may come and mostly hire academically very sound candidates.
For ECE branch in jaypee,

ECE students are having very less placements opportunities right now whether he/she is from campus 128 or 62 . Very few companies are coming for ECE students and that are also not core ECE companies.

The average package here too is around 4.2 lacs.

Actually the companies comming to the campus will allow both integrated and the basic degree students to sit for the placements, but do no accept some high package from the institute. The students here advise to prepare for offcampus or for any other competitive examination as the placement are not upto the mark as compared to that of the fees they take

It would be difficult to provide you the exact information about the cutoff of JIIT Noida. Based on your score your probable rank will be 155,679 - 175,679. With this rank you can not expect very good colleges for CSE/ IT branches. I would suggest you to appear for JEE Main April session again.

You must first fill the form provided by college.

You must have given JEE exam also or passes 12 th standard. While I have also given the instructions for same-

The aspiring candidate should register at JIIT Admissions portal .
The candidate can pay the Examination Fee by Debit/ Credit card/ Net Banking.
On successful payment, an Application ID number will be allotted.
Upload the photograph, signature of candidate & signature of parents and submit.
Take a print-out of the form and send it to “Admission Cell (UG Programs), Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, A-10, Sector-62, Noida – 201307 (U.P)”.

How many marks required to admission in jiit noida in sector 62 in computer science ? Plz give full details

For admission in JIIT noida the eligibilty criteria is as follows :

A student who has pursued the first year of B.E/B.Tech from a recognised University with at least 60% aggregate marks can apply
Candidates with a qualified Diploma course after 10th or 10+2 from a recognised technical university or board with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks can apply
Candidates who have three years B.Sc degree in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Computer Science or Electronics with a minimum of 60% marks can apply for the entrance examination

the infrastructure is very good. availability of smart classrooms,librararies and laboratories. well measures of fisrt aid, medical room and and strict security measures ford girl's safety. the hostel rooms have a.c. facilities and washrooms are well cleaned and hygienic. their is availability of indoor and outdoor games including swimming, gym, badminton, table tennis etc. the mess food is also good with weekly planner and 3 times of meal course
