The campus facilities are excellent and well laid out. Despite the occasional network problems here and there, the campus is well laid out. There is plenty of greenspace, and the walkways give it the feel of a real academic campus instead of a line of buildings.
The professors are actually amazing. They all are extremely knowledgeable and don't lecture, but instead genuinely try their best to make you grasp the fundamentals. Special mention to our marketing and economics professors, who always relate theory with practical examples.
The average salary of an MBA student is around ₹8–10 LPA, and the highest of this year was almost ₹24 LPA. The best thing about this college is that they don't leave you to your fate placement cell is very active and helpful.
The campus is very spacious and provides you with ample space to live college life. Though the overall infrastructure is not excellent, it is well maintained and functional. The campus extends over a good amount of area, has a dispensary, and all the MBA classrooms are air-conditioned with good seating arrangements.
Faculty here is very warm. All the professors are cooperative, friendly, and are expert in their respective fields. They themselves motivate you to participate in academic, cultural, and placement events. Although some teachers are strict and serious about rules, they are still decent and are reachable.
On the placement front, everything is okay. The highest package this year for the MBA batch was around ₹12 LPA, and the lowest has been around ₹3 LPA. Average placements are okay if you belong to the Marketing or the HR specializations.
The campus infrastructure of MBA at KIET is clean and fairly new. Wi-Fi facility is provided in the whole academic block, and internet facility is consistent. Labs and classrooms have air conditioning, projectors, and seating arrangements.
Teachers regularly provide quizzes, case studies, and presentations to keep the students focused. They're also extremely helpful when it comes to arranging or facilitating students in seminars, workshops, and fests.
The salary band lies between ₹2.5 LPA and ₹14 LPA with the median being approximately ₹3.4 LPA. Regular recruiters in previous campus recruitment processes include ICICI Bank, Axis Securities, Berger Paints, and Byju's.
KIET campus and hostels are Wi-Fi enabled, and internet study and research are found to be easy. The college has updated computer labs and seminar rooms with updated audio-visual facilities. Food in the hostel is good and made of good quality ingredients. Mess and canteen are well maintained in the cleanliness and standards of hygiene aspect and are found to provide a wonderful stay to the students.
The staff at KIET Ghaziabad is highly qualified and experienced. The lecturers give detailed notes and study materials that are of great help during semester exams. The teachers are kind and helpful and are always ready to clarify and guide. Due to their hard work, the pass percentage in the exams is always high, and students are well-prepared academically.
As expected, about 100% of the eligible students are placed in different sectors. The minimum package is about ₹4 lakh per annum, and the maximum is up to ₹18 LPA. Companies such as Cognizant, Genpact, HCL Technologies, and Accenture visit the campus every year to recruit students. Internships are also provided for nearly all the students, which assists in gaining practical experience.
KIET campus is spread over different pieces of land, and there is a different condition for each of them. Old campus has all the facilities such as Wi-Fi availability, labs, class-rooms, library, hostels, and an auditorium under NIET Business School which occupies a portion of the space. A lot of construction work is going on, though, and the new main building is not fully ready yet.
The teaching experience is mixed. About 30% of the faculty members are actually serious and have good experience in their respective fields, providing good inputs and practical exposure. Others are informal and do not help much, hence learning comes to rely heavily on personal effort and luck of faculty deployment.
A good number of students from our recent MBA batch and the previous batch have gotten placements. The highest package offered was ₹24 LPA, and the average package ranges from ₹5–6 LPA. 82% of students are placed year by year.
Classrooms are air-conditioned and have digital equipment. We have separate seminar rooms for guest lectures and presentations. The library is reasonable in size with the right number of management and academic books, journals, and online subscriptions. Wi-Fi is good and uninterrupted throughout campus.
Faculty emphasize case studies, live projects, and hands-on exposure, with value addition beyond books. The teachers are generally amicable and collaborative, particularly in career guidance or industry certification guidance matters. The curriculum is recently revised, and modules such as digital marketing, business analytics, and entrepreneurship are included
For our batch (2022–2024), about 85–90% of students got placed through campus drives. The highest package was around ₹13 LPA, while the average package hovered between ₹4–5.5 LPA, depending on the domain. The lowest offers were around ₹2.8 LPA. Employees from companies such as ICICI Bank, Naukri.com, Square Yards, BYJU'S, and PlanetSpark came to our campus for marketing, finance, HR, and operation positions.
The facilities at KIET are good and well-maintained. Classrooms are smart classrooms, which makes learning more effective. The campus is maintained regularly, and the washrooms are in a hygienic condition.
The dean is strict, which keeps everyone disciplined and gives a sense of seriousness towards studies. In all, the college provides a good learning experience.the teaching skills and qualifications of the professors are perfect and they assist students easily.
The placement situation at KIET is pretty Awesome for MBA students. The training and placement cell is quite actively trying to get companies on campus. Companies like Genpact and Infosys do visit for recruitment, and the Average package is lies between 3-5 LPA,while the maximum goes upto 14 LPA.
The campus is planned with neat modern classrooms, fully Wi-Fi connected across academic blocks and hostels. The hostel infrastructures is also good and secure, making it a suitable choice for first-year students to reside on campus,The college also offers good recreational facilities, such as a gym and sports facilities, that allow a well-rounded student life.
The KIET Ghaziabad faculty is expert and guiding, with numerous professors possessing higher qualifications and professional experience. They have a strong emphasis on practical learning in conjunction with theoretical expertise. The MBA course corresponds to AKTU University standards and updated periodically to indicate the latest business trends.
The top recruiters of KIET Ghaziabad are companies such as Deloitte, Infosys, HDFC Bank, Wipro, and Paytm. Both product-based and service-based firms have a good representation of visiting the campus. Almost half of the students got internships in good organizations like Tech Mahindra and KPMG
KIET Ghaziabad has a good infrastructure with clean classrooms and seminar halls. The campus has Wi-Fi and a good library with management books and journals. Vegetarian food is provided in the mess, with the food quality being average to good, and hygiene is satisfactory. Sports facilities and medical facilities are provided on campus, catering to overall student well-being.
The AKTU syllabus for MBA is moderately revised but at times fails to catch up with the latest market trends. The college arranges guest lectures and industrial visits, but students must be proactive to gain maximum benefit. Semester exams are moderately challenging, and consistent study helps students secure good grades.
The best package on campus is normally between 10 LPA and 12 LPA, being provided by IBM, Deloitte, and EY. Off-campus placements or PPOs may command better packages of up to 28-30 LPA, primarily in marketing and finance roles. The lowest offer typically ranges from 3 LPA to 4 LPA, and companies recruiting include Genpact, Tech Mahindra, and Infosys.
The KIET infrastructure is average and working, although it can be bettered. Most students reside in hostels but the hostel facilities are average. Rooms and basic facilities could be kept in better condition. The canteen of the college is fine. On the positive front, the college encourages sports and provides facilities for different games and recreational activities.
From an academic standpoint, the course is challenging, and semester exams are highly demanding. You actually need to study continuously to perform well. Personally, I've been able to maintain an SGPA of 8.5, which indicates the effort required to remain at par with the academic pace.
I am in the first year of the KIET Ghaziabad MBA program (batch 2024–26). There are a huge number of students in the MBA course, so placement competition is very high. Because of this, placement chances become limited unless an individual becomes outstanding with good skills. Some of the best recruiters for our course are Infosys, ICICI Bank, and Future Group.
