The academics part really depends on the student because faculties are a mix and it depends on how much you focus in the class and study well yourself. In all, It's fine-ish. It's upto you at the end.
Placements are well, like every other private college. Some people ace in off campus ones and others wait for on-campus. Companies do come but yeah not amazon or microsoft. Average is 5 to 6 lpa for CS branches.
I would say that yeah, if you you're not getting a decent college after JEE then you can choose this one. And would also recommend the Core branches.

I am studying Computer Science because of my interest in technology and problem-solving. The teaching quality is good, with supportive faculty and practical learning opportunities. The curriculum is fairly updated and includes industry-relevant topics, helping students prepare for future careers.
The placement quality at our college is decent, with many students getting placed in reputed companies. Around 70–80% of eligible students are placed every year. The college also provides training sessions, internships, and placement support to improve career opportunities.
The course fee is approximately ₹1.5–2 lakh per year. Considering the quality of education, infrastructure, facilities, and placement opportunities provided by the college, I feel that the course offers good value for money.

My overall experience at the college has been positive. The College campus is well developed and modern with multiple academic blocks A to H. It has 100+samrt classrooms. The university has a large central library with lakhs of books. The campus has a big auditorium and seminar halls where events, workshops, and cultural programs are conducted.

Yeah, I made some really good friends here, which made my college expereince even better and also some seniors are helpful and guide to me in academics and placements. Here the canteen known as Green Chilli its very unique name so the food is really decent and affordable price. Sometimes the schedule can feel a bit hectic, but it helps in staying disciplined. Ohh yes Attendance rule are very very very strict, So you guys make sure to come in college on regular basis.

The teaching staff consists of well-informed and helpful members. Besides the core subjects, the teaching staff also provide notes, case studies, assignments, presentations, and weekly assessments to the students, thus, encouraging them to be consistent academically.

Facilities are good Labs are good with all required software. More than enough systems are for student. Wi-Fi, labs and facilities are good for students. Hostel is good but not the food. The canteen is not great — food quality is below average, and hygiene can be better.
Teachers are very supportive and approachable. Each faculty member has their own teaching style, and many of them have industry backgrounds, which helps us understand real corporate cases. Exams are of moderate difficulty, and the passing criteria is 50%, which is fair if students study regularly.
Placements for MCA students here are good. Almost 70–75% of students from our course get placed through campus drives. The highest package offered reached around ₹8 LPA, while the lowest for freshers was about ₹3 LPA. Most companies that visit campus such as TCS, Tech Mahindra Business Services, and other private corporate recruiters.
The management block of the KIET appears to be a place of professional learning. The classrooms are fully equipped, The library is well maintained and has the latest management books, research journals, and case studies. The campus is very active with management summits, marketing events, panel discussions, and knowledge conclaves which industry experts and students attend for interaction.
The teaching faculty are excellent and always approachable for the students' help. Most of them have been a part of the corporate world and therefore, they explain concepts by giving real industrial examples and case-based learning. The teachers here are very hardworking in doubt session and have a friendly approach towards students.
The placements have been quite good from my perspective as an MBA student at KIET Ghaziabad. The placement cell is very lively and always keeps the students updated and informed during the entire pre-placement phase. One can find ample grooming sessions to attend, Mock interviews, GD practice rounds, and aptitude support.
