Look every school colleges are not open till now. Some of open for few days but it's remain closed again. So it's still close the NIT Agartala. When it's open again government will notify everyone don't worry. It's totally depends on covid situation. I hope everything will be normal

I believe CSE at SLIET Sangrur will be a better choice than Lower branches at newer North East NITs  where placements are almost a permanent issue. SLIET has good infrastructure, faculty and research facilities and is one of the better technical institutes in Punjab next to IIT Ropar, NIT Jalandhar

Incase you do not have options from other better amd older NITs, I believe NIT Agartala is a good institute as far as CSE is concerned. The institute has good infrastructure, faculty and research facilities. You will definitely enjoy your campus life in midst of a beautiful city Agartala in
