Academics
Quality of education is decent but not really perfect.
The professors are good but teaching quality depends on who's taking the class because some teachers explain concepts clearly and very supportive while others just stick to notes only.
Overall the academic experience is fine.
College Infra
The infrastructure of NIT Agartala is good and huge. The campus is really nice place to study and chill. Classrooms are also okay some classrooms have projectors.
labs are also very good, equipped with the required instruments even though not every equipments are new.
Hostels are also average, not too good but manageable.
There is a gym and few canteens.
The infrastructure is good enough, just needs better maintenance here and there.
Campus Life
Very good campus life at NIT Agartala, the campus is big and peaceful, perfect for evening walks or just hanging out with friends.
Students organize a lot of events like MOKSHA, Aayam which bring everyone together and it is very fun.
There are clubs for almost everything like Tech, dance, drama, photography etc
Placements
placement is also okay for IT branches. placement are good if you are skilled and consistent and dedicated because what matters most is your skill, as NIT Agartala is tier 2 college the placement rate is decent.
Off campus options are also common among students.
Value For Money
When it comes to value for money honestly National Institute of Technology Agartala is worth it. The fees are affordable compared to private colleges and you get the NIT tag which really adds value to your degree. Hostel and mess charges are also quite affordable.

Academic wise as a student there , this college is not less than any other tier 2 NITs . There is a tough competition among students for better score. A overview all new students should know is that everyone almost everyone is a good student since they had to qualify JEE before coming here so underestimating anyone would be big mistake .
College Infra
College infrastructure is moreover considerable, yet few areas could have improved . Yet there are parts where there are huge complexes such as the sports complex and shopping complex but issue is their distance from the usual student hostels
Campus Life
Campus life at NIT is vibrant and enriching because of the diversity of the students present and studying there . There are students from almost every corner of INDIA . Which makes a huge impact on the all over students studying there .
Placements
The placement scenario at NITA has shown considerable improvement in recent years . It’s this aspect that dragged me here other than any NIT . Around 70-80% students of branch CSE,ECE,EE AND EIE gets placement every year .
