Yes, you do have a chance of getting ME in NIT Agartala. But the chances are very slim. You can look out for other more secure options according to your rank like IIIT's or new NIT's.

Chances are very less to get seat in NITs as the rank is little high so you are advised to try for state Govt and private colleges which accepts Jee main score/rank.
