I'm having confusion in choosing between UPES Dehradun and NIT agartala(60k) for CSE branch.. What should I choose?

As both are good, but according to the ranking and reviews NIT Agartala would be a better choice as this is the Govt college. But also consider your choice, interest, convenience as well.

what is placement scenario at NIT Agartala ? what is average and highest package?

The placments are decent. On an average you can expect a package of approx 5 lakhs. Also it depends upon the branch as well.

Basically placement depends on your potential not at the college, so if you try good, definitialy you get good placement.

Very low chances. My advice would be don't rely much on it. Don't waste your time. Better to look for something else.

In order to get admission in NITs you need to secure 65% marks in class 12th or you should be in top 20 percentile.

You can take admission in private colleges.

is there placement in nit Agartala from thermal sciences and engineering in m.tech

The placement in NIT Agartala for M.Tech would be average as per the reviews given by the students so better not to consider it a very good option as it is more famous for B.Tech placements.

I ranked 119287 in OBC-NCL in JEE Mains 2017 from West Bengal. So, Can i have any chances to get any stream at NIT Agartala?

You have less chances in NIT Agartala based on your rank you have chances in NIT Manipur.

You can get private college in other states like: Haryana, UP, West Bengal, Punjab, Rajasthan, Maharashtra. Most of the states have reservation for other state students in private colleges based on JEE Main

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure of NIT Agartala is good and huge. The campus is really nice place to study and chill. Classrooms are also okay some classrooms have projectors. labs are also very good, equipped with the required instruments even though not every equipments are new. Hostels are also average, not too good but manageable. There is a gym and few canteens. The infrastructure is good enough, just needs better maintenance here and there.
