Hello!
Percentile obtained mainly depends upon the toughness of the paper and also the number of people attempting it every year.
however taking into consideration the statistics it can be made out that to get a seat of other state category in the EEE branch of NIT Puducherry, the maximum rank should at least be of 10k which can be obtained by securing at least percentile of of 98 and above to be on a safer side.
however there are liberations for other category students and also home state quota students .
thank you, hope this helps.

Your rank can be predicted by using the formula, (100-your total percentile)*869010/100. In your case, your approximate rank would be 46144. Let's say the number of candidates for April exam increased to 12,00,000 then your final rank shall be (100 - your total score) X 12,00,000/100.
The cut offs for previous years for various branches at NIT Puducherry for Other State Candidates has been as follows:
Civil: 9307
CSE: 4627
ECE: 6263
me: 8352
EEE: 8127
So with your rank even with OBC reservation, NIT Puducherry might be tad less. You might have to appear for April session.
You haven't mentioned your Home State to analyse your other options. This is because the cut off ranks are different for Home State Candidates and other State Candidates. Please do help us with your Home State. Meanwhile, now to predict colleges, please use our college predictor: https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor

as per your percentile score in JEE Mains 2020 and in consideration with your OBC-NCL category, you're not likely to clear the cut-off for general merit list as well as in your respective category. I suggest you to try to perform better in the April phase of JEE Mains 2020. Good luck.

This college has good infrastructure and all necessary things. Among other new nits, this nit has a permanent campus and developing at a very faster rate. But one disadvantage is there is no single tree in whole campus.
Since it is a new nit, things are still being built here but at a faster rate..And basic things like classroom, library, laboratory, food, wifi are present..And A.C.'s are there for first year's new boys hostel..
As a new NIT that got started on 2009 and just moved to permanent campus 3 years ago the college infrastructure development is next level. Labs, classrooms and hostels are there - most new NITs don't have permanent campus. Sports facilities are improving starting from volleyball, basketball and badminton.
