According to me Nit Srinagar and Nit Sikkim are best for girls as mentioned above Nits. Nit Srinagar is situated in most beautiful part of India i.e Srinagar Jammu and Kashmir also heaven on the earth. Some people spreads rumours about security of students in Nit Srinagar but when you ask about that any Nit Srinagar students they will tell you Truth about that. Security of students is first priority of Nit Srinagar.There is some traveling issues if you have good family background then you can buy flight tickets and easily you can reach. And all the facilities are available which are present in other Nits.

According to your rank it is very difficult to get seat in any nits with your rank because there are only approx 3600 seats are reserved for sc catogery .you have very little chance in csab councelling .

It depends on the branch that you are interested in.

• If interested in Civil Engineering, then go for MBM Jodhpur
• If interested in Computer Science and Engineering, then go for NIT Sikkim
• If interested in Electronics and Communication Engineering, then go for NIT Sikkim
• If interested in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, then go for MBM Jodhpur
• If interested in Mechanical Engineering, then go for MBM Jodhpur

NIT SIKKIM placements are increasing year by year And its almost fine as compared to its location and infrastructure.

In electical dept. students got placements over 10 LPA in both B.tech and M.tech. Also the average salary was around 6-7 LPA. Many govt. undertakings like powergrid,bharat petroleum etc. also offered jobs.( 55-60%placed). Companies like Intel,IBM,Bosch also offered jobs(in ongoing 2020 season)

As a centrally funded institution which is just came into being, it is growing fairly in infrastructure as well as placements.

Hey with this percentile it might be difficult to get CSE or good branch in NIT. But if you belong to any reserved category then it will be very helpful to you.

You have scored very well so there is probability of getting seat there. But still your categories and quotas plays a major role. So I suggest you to check all the cutoffs. During option entry in JOSAA be cautious and select appropriate colleges.

JEE Main Cutoff for NIT Sikkim -The concerned authorities will determine and release the cutoff of JEE Main for NIT Sikkim in online mode. Details about the minimum ranks that the candidates are expected to secure to have higher chances of admission will be available in JEE Main cutoff for NIT Sikkim. The authorities will consider various factors related to the examination such as difficulty level, previous year cutoff trends, number of applicants and the total number of available seats while preparing the cutoff of JEE Main for NIT Sikkim. Along with the cutoff, the candidates will also have to meet the general eligibility ofJEE Main for admissions. JEE Main cutoff for NIT Sikkim will be different for each course,course, category and state quota.

Dear Aspirant,
If you are going through the Tag of NIT than it's is not worthy for you to take admission in NIT Sikkim as the placement records of NIt Sikkim is not so great. Only 60+ -(5)%  students get placement. And the avg. package of CSE is 6 lakhs per annum. Which is not so great.
If you are the residents of East side then you can think for it but if you are from South,or West side students then don't take admission in that side as the state government college in northern side have CSE avg. Package of 6-7 lakhs which is almost near to it and also the college fee is very low then NIT.
